Who’s In Control
Scripture:
14 So he will do for me all he has planned. He controls my destiny. (Job 23:14 NLT)
Job, in the midst of all that had happened to him, and even having friends that were being fairly unmerciful in their comments, still had this in his thinking: God is in charge. It is so great to know that someone other than myself is in control of my destiny! I want someone Who knows me, and knows more than I know, to be in control. I want to know, and believe, that God is God, and that I am not.
Thank You, Lord, for this assurance: that You will do all that You have planned for me, and that You control my destiny. You truly are God, and I am certainly not. I love You, and love the truth that You have my destiny in Your control. AMEN
Father, thank You that You say You will guide me along the best pathway for my life; that You will advise and watch over me. Psalm 32
